matrimonial property),

information whether the division of the inheritance is partial or complete,

assets subject to the division, land and mortgage register numbers

determination of the method of division of the estate (who is to receive the item, whether in whole or in shares and in what amount),

determining whether the division of the inheritance mass is carried out with a repayment/additional payment to one of the parties,

the current market value of each of the items of the contract,

issue date,

information about persons registered in the apartment/residential building,

in the event that the inheritance includes a cooperative ownership right to the premises
without a land and mortgage register - a certificate from the cooperative,

if the inheritance includes a plot/house - information on whether the plot
is covered by the local spatial development plan (if so, what
predicts); excerpt from the land register, and if the plot is to be detached i
a new land and mortgage register will be created for it - an extract with an extract for all
plots, with an annotation that they are intended for making entries in the land and mortgage register,

description of the building (number of storeys, usable area, whether it has a basement).
