Notary:

For the performance of notarial acts, the notary is entitled to remuneration specified each time on the basis of an agreement with the parties to the act, not higher than the maximum rates of notarial fees applicable to a given act, specified in detail in the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 28 June 2004 on the maximum rates of notarial fees (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2020  roku, item 1473 as amended).
The Notary's fee can be paid:

  • by transfer ordered at the office immediately after signing the act
    notarial (we can provide a computer to submit a transfer order
    – the above does not apply to taxes);

  • in cash at the office immediately after signing the notarial deed;

  • by payment card  at the office immediately after signing the notarial deed
    (except for taxes and court fees, which must be paid by bank transfer 1 day before the act or cash).

Taxes:

The notary public, as a payer, is obliged under the provisions of the tax law to calculate and collect tax on civil law transactions and tax on inheritance and donations from the taxpayer and pay it to the tax authority in due time.

Court fee:

The court fee for the application for entry in the land and mortgage register, submitted in the ICT system by a notary public at the request of the Party, is paid by the party to the legal transaction that is obliged to pay the fee. The court fee is paid either in cash or by bank transfer to the bank account of the notary's office. The collected fees are transferred by the notary by making a payment to the bank account of the district court competent to consider the application for entry in the land and mortgage register or directly at the cash desk of that court. The amount of the court fee charged by the notary for the application for entry in the land and mortgage register is regulated by the provisions of the Act of 28 July 2005 on court costs in civil cases.
