MARRIAGE PROPERTY AGREEMENT (INTERCY)

Required documents:

  • abridged copy of the marriage certificate, if the marriage has already been concluded (the contract can also be concluded before the marriage),

  • personal data of the spouses (names, surname, parents' names, ID card or passport number and their expiry date, PESEL number, address of residence),

  • information whether the parties want to extend the statutory community of ownership, limit it, establish property separation (prenuptial agreement) or property separation with the equalization of the achievements?
